By December 2024, we will have positively impacted the lives and businesses of thousands of entrepreneurs including 1,500 women of color by providing them with capital, mentorship, and business education . Our goal is to create a world where women of color and all businesses regardless of color have the resources and support they need to succeed in business. We believe that when women of color succeed, our entire community benefits.

Our Programs

Fearless Foundation programs consists of our signature program Get Venture Ready and Grants. “Black female startup founders have received just 0.34 percent of the total venture capital spent in the U.S,” according to Crunchbase; and according to Pitchbook, between January to July 2021 “only 5% of female entrepreneurs go on to raise Series B financings.” This remains a prevalent issue, women-of-color owned businesses are the fastest-growing economic force in the U.S., yet they are the least funded. Our programs are designed to help bridge that gap.

The Get Venture Ready (GVR) program is a comprehensive 12-week training and educational program designed to acquire the necessary training, mentorship, knowledge, and skills needed to gain access to capital. Participants will have the opportunity to pitch for grants at the end of their cohort.  Three winners will be selected per cohort.

Grants

The Fearless Foundation grant programs were implemented to help under-resourced entrepreneurs such as women of color entrepreneurs gain access to capital.  Our grant programs support the growth of small businesses, advancement of women’s entrepreneurship, and the lowering of racial disparities
